About Cameron Keirnes

Cameron Keirnes, LMFT — therapist at New Horizon Integrative Therapy in Centennial, CO

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience helping teens navigate stress, relationships, and major life transitions.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance school, friendships, family expectations, and the constant pressure to figure out what’s next. My philosophy is simple: you don’t have to go through it alone.

My style is straightforward, collaborative, and practical. In sessions, I focus on honest conversation and evidence-based tools that actually work — helping teens manage stress, build confidence, and improve communication at home and with friends.

Outside the office, I stay active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fishing, and hiking. The discipline and resilience I’ve built as an athlete shape the way I show up with clients: focused, steady, and committed to helping teens discover their own strength and sense of direction.
